Do the videos work on all devices?
To watch PrepLadder videos on iOS, you need iOS version 10 and above, and for Android, you need version 6 and above.
However, faq there are few devices that are not supported because of few security reasons.

- Lenovo K5 Note
- Asus ZenFone
- Xiaomi Redmi 4a
- Other Redmi models
- Lava phones
The above list is also device-specific which means some phones of the above models can support PrepLadder content, while others may have issues. As much as we want PrepLadder to benefit all the students, but if you have any of the above-mentioned devices, we will advise you to play one of the free videos in the PrepLadder app on your device before going for a Premium plan.
Will the videos cover entire Pathology syllabus?
Yes, the video lectures will cover the entire Pathology syllabus and are meant to be a replacement for Dr. Sparsh Gupta live lectures.
What will happen to my plan if I change my phone or device or number?
Your Plan will be associated with the email id you use while enrolling. If you change your device all your data, bookmarks, test and usage is safe on the cloud. Just log in to another device and you will be good to go from where you left.
What will I get in my subscription?
Premium members will get Complete Video lectures, Competitive Tests with Video Discussion and Question Bank covering all Pathology topics.
Is the complete content live?
Complete video lectures, exam discussion modules and question bank are live. Additionally, new and updated content is added from time to time in accordance with changes to exam pattern, syllabus etc.
How many hours of video lectures will be there?
As of the launch, there’s total of 70 hrs of videos in the app. New videos on updates are recorded from time to time and these are available to all premium subscribers at no additional cost. Recently the Rapid Revision and Snapshot video content for Pathology has also been added to the app.
What's the validity of the subscription?
The pack comes with lifetime (5 years) validity and 300 credit hours. That means you can play the video content for a total of 300 hours. You will have complete control on how you use your 300 credit hours. You can watch the complete video lectures thrice or you can watch important concepts 10 times. Once your credit hours are over, your pack will expire.
Will new lectures be available to me?
Yes, you will be able to view all new videos that Dr. Sparsh Gupta makes with your premium subscription as long as you have credit hours available..
Can I use PrepCash to enroll?
Yes, you can use part of your PrepCash to enroll for the pack.
How do I ask doubts?
There’s a section available in the app to ask doubts directly from Dr. Sparsh Gupta. Simply faq go to that section, type your question and Dr. Sparsh Gupta will reply as soon as he can.
What if the internet speed is slow?
The quality of videos will be adjusted automatically according to the available internet speed.
Can I watch the videos in higher speed during revision?
Yes, there is an option to watch videos in 1.5x or 2x speed. To save time during revision.
How can I download the app and enroll?
“Pathology by Dr. Sparsh Gupta” is available in PlayStore (Android) and AppStore (iOS). To download the app on Android visit: bit.ly/drsparshandroidapp. To download the app for iOS visit: bit.ly/drsparshiosapp.
You can enroll for the pack using our website, PrepLadder’s website or the Go Premium option on the app.
Will I get the app subscription if I join Dr. Sparsh Gupta's live classes?
Yes, you will get 100 credit hours on the app if you have joined Dr. Sparsh Gupta’s live class that had the app subscription included faq . These 100 hours will be enough for you to revise Pathology before the exam.
What's the refund policy?
All purchases will be final and no refund request will be entertained under any circumstances. Please watch the free videos before you subscribe to the pack. Also, if you are attending Dr. Sparsh Gupta live lectures you do not need to subscribe to the app.
