Dr. Sparsh Gupta and his team reserve the right to add, delete, alter or modify these terms and conditions at any time. The user is therefore advised to read carefully these terms and conditions each time he or she uses the website.

All products/services and information displayed constitute an “invitation to offer”. Your order for purchase constitutes your “offer” which shall be subject to the terms and conditions as listed below. Dr. Sparsh Gupta and his team reserve the right to accept or reject your offer.

The purchase agreement between you and Dr. Sparsh Gupta and his team shall be subject to the following terms and conditions:
  • The User certifies that he/she is at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or has the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You acknowledge that Dr. Sparsh Gupta in collaboration with PrepLadder is providing you with a revocable, limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the features of the App. You will upon logging into the app as a regular user be entitled to view our limited free content as a demo of the offerings. You will get access to the premium content once you enroll as a premium subscriber. You are advised to review this free content before taking the decision to proceed to subscribe to the app as a premium user.
  • All prices, unless indicated otherwise are in Indian Rupees.
  • All prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of Ayush Institute of Medical Sciences, Dr. Sparsh Gupta and his team.

  • It is for the student to see whether he/she is eligible for a certain Entrance Exam or not.
  • Ayush Institute of Medical Sciences, Dr. Sparsh Gupta and his team reserve the right to use the photograph of a student for publicity in case the student secures position/success in any Exams national/international level test.
  • The entry into live classes will be permitted only with a print out or soft copy of the order confirmation email.
  • In case if any parent/guardian/student misbehaves with any staff members of the Institute, his/her ward can be rusticated and no claim of refund of such student will be entertained.
  • Ayush Institute of Medical Sciences, Dr. Sparsh Gupta and his team reserve their right to make any alteration in their program/schedule/venue/timings and days of classes. In such a case information will be listed on our website and notifications will be sent via email.
  • In case of any dispute, arising out of present terms & conditions, the case shall be referred to the sole arbitrator to be appointed by Ayush Institute of Medical Sciences. In any case if any matter has to go to the court, only Delhi Court shall have jurisdiction to decide such matters.
Terms & Conditions for App Usage and Subscription

In using or enrolling for the premium subscription of the app ‘Pathology by Dr. Sparsh Gupta’ for android or iOS using this online Service i.e. www.drsparshgupta.com (the website), you (the User) are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions listed below. Ayush Institute of Medical Sciences, Dr. Sparsh Gupta, his team and PrepLadder reserve the right to add, delete, alter or modify these terms and conditions at any time. If you continue purchase the premium subscription of the app or use the free content on the app as a regular non-premium subscriber, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern our relationship with you in relation to the app ‘Pathology by Dr. Sparsh Gupta’.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

The products sold on www.drsparshgupta.com are virtual products i.e. Class Tickets and App Premium Subscription. No physical product/item is shipped for either of these. The delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during the order process.
The app subscription usually takes 24-48 hrs to be approved and activated. The confirmation for the class tickets are sent as soon as the payment is confirmed.
The books listed on the website are not directly sold via www.drsparshgupta.com. These are available in all leading online and offline bookstores and the links on the website redirect users to the book’s listing on the Amazon platform, wherein the delivery, shipping, privacy policy and terms of use would apply as stated on the Amazon website.

Cancellation & Refunds Policy: App Premium Subscriptions

PrepLadder and Dr. Sparsh Gupta do not accept any cancellation or refund requests for app premium subscription. When you buy our products/services, your purchase is not entitled for any refund. We recommend you to first check the complete system as a free subscriber before placing an order for the premium subscription. Once the customer/student has made the payment, we will not accept a cancellation/refund request.

Cancellation & Refunds Policy: Live Classes

Dr. Sparsh Gupta and his team reserve the right to postpone/cancel a live class, or change the location of a live class because of insufficient enrolments, instructor illness or force-majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc.)

  • In case Dr. Sparsh Gupta and his team cancel an event, 100% refund will be paid to the customer/student.
  • If a cancellation is done by a customer/student or he or she fails to attend the event, no refunds will be made.
Course Rescheduling Policy

In case Dr. Sparsh Gupta and his team reschedule the live class event less than 7 days before the original date, the options available to the customer/student are:

  • 100% refund will be made, if the rescheduled dates do not fit into the customer/student’s schedule.
  • The customer/student would have the privilege of rescheduling and attending a class in future at his/her convenience on any date of scheduled live classes.
  • The customer/student, if wishes to, can send his/her replacement. However, this should be intimated to Dr. Sparsh Gupta and his team at least 3 days ahead of the event date.
